framework for Corporates in India & overseas. He was acting as co-founder & Director at Lexcare Global
Consultants Private Limited, a specialized company in providing IT enabled legal services globally, since 2013 to 2023. He was also engaged in conducting compliance audits of large corporates in India & various MNCs.
Previously, he gained experience in the Risk Advisory Services department of PwC Mumbai. He was deputed in the KGD6 Block of Reliance Industries Limited, where he was handling overall Legal & Regulatory compliances through the Legal Compliance Software.
Amit has conducted multiple training programs in legal compliance management for both, individual professionals as well as industries/organizations.
